   All orders placed are subject to acceptance and availability. MetalCarte reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

2. Custom Designs
   Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork and specifications for custom business cards. Metal Carte will not be liable for errors in the final product caused by incorrect customer information.

3. Payment
   Payments must be made in full before production begins. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

4. Delivery
   Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Metal Carte is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

5. Returns & Refunds
   Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the product is defective. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

6. Intellectual Property
   All designs and content on the Metal Carte website are the property of Metal Carte and may not be used without our written consent.

7. Changes to Terms
   Metal Carte reserves the right to update these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check for updates regularly.
